Try Trading ortiz for Rajai Davis. Maybe try to trade Davis for a closer or a lot of leagues still have Octavio Dotel and/or Matt Lindstrom available. They're both on bad teams but Dotel will get more appearances while Lindstrom is more consistent with lower ERA and rarely blows saves. Maybe see if someone will accept a trade of Liriano(or another pitcher) and Renteria for Jason Bartlett at shortstop. If a 2 for 1 trade like that is accepted you will have an extra spot to pick up a closer.
