Air Force jobs that require citizenship?

I'm currently a legal resident in US and i'm about to join the air force.I still have to wait for 3 years to apply for citizenship too. and I understand that a lot of the jobs (especially the cool jobs) require citizenship. when i found out this, i was devastated. so i wanna ask this question. Is it ever possible for the air force to ign me the jobs that are "known" to require citizenship if I qualify for it and they are short in personnel. I really wanna become an in-flight refueling specialist guys!
