Trying to trace villeroy & bosch cutlery black square bone handled has 18/10 embossed?

The embossed 18/10 will not help you much. This is the type of stainless steel the blade is made of. 18/10 is a quality stainless for pots and pans, but does not hold a good edge like carbon steel does.
