Is nascar afraid of Kyle Busch ?

It seems nascar is afraid to warn Kyle Busch about rough and wreck-less driving. It reminds me of how they fail to warn Tony Steward of his bump and run stunts. How much money in wrecked cars has Kyle lost car owners this season? I say put him on probation for a few weeks.
