Vans true white spray paint?

i bought some true white cog vans and i got them dirty..not with mud but lol some unknown substance that i didnt know wht it was.but i tried shoe cleaner and it didnt work so i bleached them..bad mistake they turned yellow!grr yeah i know and i dont know wht else to do but to color them over again but i dont know what product to use?i live in the dallas tx area..oh and if anyone has a better solution besides buying a new pair(cuz i bought them a while ago but only used them once and messed them up)like reversing the yellow stain it has(its big) plz tell me thnx to all who answer.
