I want to get a laptop to use premiere. can i install 64bit vista if it currently has 32bit installed?

before you do any thing 32 and 64 bit refer to the amount of bit's or bites the processor can handle at one time so make sure that computer is capable of handling 64bit's of info at one time (better said make sure the cpu can has 64 bit capabilities) ok
