My computer's Wifi/Internet refuses to work.?

when you went to Device manager and found the wireless did you right click on it and select update drivers. I would recomend that you pay a visit to the Dell website entering your model number into the > support > drivers > Download........ For all your missing drivers. Incl Lan & wireless...
