Not sure who else to turn to?

Okay....This has to do with anyone that has ever had the experience of someone during the middle of the night placing things on door step. first it was bags of candy, then the candy went into bags of M&Ms, (has to be at least a 1.00) Starburst, (I guess another 1.00) but then it went a bit more wierd. We got a bag and besides other bags of candies, there were a pair of Sungles (Fairly expensive) and large Candle (maybe 7.00) The strange thing is that now it happened again (maybe 2 weeks later) now it's a bottle of wine (I would say at least a 10.00) Some more M&M's, Starburst, Twix)....Now I am not really questioning the value of the Items...(I just decided to place it there to emphasize someone had to take money out of their pocket to do this). Question Why, Who, When..and for What reason.
