Runescape 99 fletching help?

Ok so i'm currently 99 fm in runescape. getting 99 wc and cooking in about 2 months. I was planning on doing 99 fletching after that, since i heard it's a fairly easy skill. can someone provide me with what to fletch at which levels? i just want the fastest way not the most cost effective way. oh and I was wondering how long it would take me to get 99 fletching at about 4-5 hours of gameplay a night? thanks.
