Why wont my 1999 Camaro window go down all the way?

Its relatively easy to remove your door Panel,some small pry clips,and a phillips screw driver,take you time it's easy,then you can watch your embly go up and down,you will probably see a little nylon gear which either need grease or replaced. total cost 5 bucks
