Will my incubated eggs die if temp accidently went to 110 degrees for 6 hours?

my incubator screwed up and temp rose to 110 for about 6 hours. Will that definately kill the chicks? Also, how long can the temp be below 70 degrees after incubation has started? (like if the mother was to leave the nest for a certain time, how long until the eggs will die)
