Homemade welches g juice wine?
So i was on youtube and there was a canadian guy talking about making homemade wine without all the hard steps. I got a big jug of welches g juice, added appropriate amount of sugar and yeast, and tightly secured the lid. Everything had been sanitized before hand and any micro-germs i missed should be killed by the slight acidic properties in g juice. i'm not asking if it will make wine, because in theory it will. I am asking how long will the fermenting process take to complete, and how long will it take to have aquired ANY alcohol content. Thanks a million guys!
