I want to save money by filing my own uncontested divorce papers in Dallas, TX, and my soon-to-be-ex-wife wants to change back to her previous name. Is that an additional court cost fee? Can it be incorporated into the divorce court fee? Is a Marital Settlement Agreement necessary when the finances are amicably settled? Where and when are the papers submitted?
